All products are made fresh to order.
Orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error has occurred with pricing or product information. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been made.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be completed before your order is prepared.
Pick-Up & Delivery
Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed market location during the advertised collection times.
For local deliveries, we'll make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order if required.
Fresh Products
Our banoffee pies are freshly made and are best enjoyed as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for storing products appropriately after collection or delivery. We recommend keeping products refrigerated until ready to serve.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our usual quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts, and other ingredients.
While we take care in preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
As our products are made fresh to order, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once preparation has begun.
